Diane attended La Salle University in Philadephia, PA and majored in Business Management. Diane has spent twenty two years in Food and Beverage Management. She began her career at Embassy Suites in Food and Beverage Management; worked at Hilton Hotels as the Food and Beverage Manager and Quality Assurance Director; and at Harrah’s Entertainment in the Food and Beverage Management Operations, in both casual and fine dining. Diane has been at DragonRidge for almost one year. Diane enjoys running, pilates, dining out and visiting family members in Philadelphia, New Jersey and Chicago. She and her husband live in Henderson and have two fat cats at home.
